If, at any time during the first month of your first subscription to a Constant Wave product, you wish to cancel your subscription and receive a refund, simply contact us for a full refund of the amount paid for that subscription. After the first month of a subscription, refunds will be given for unused months for which you have prepaid.

Example:

You subscribe to Spectro™ VSA on February 12. You have until March 12 to request a full refund. On March 13, you would begin your second month of subscription. If you decide at that point to discontinue your subscription and you had prepaid for any periods after April 12, those payments would be refunded.
